privacy policy. Your travel arrangements and personal information
stays with us. Information that have been entrusted to us are
kept highly confidential and are never sold nor made available
to any affiliate or vendor. Only our 24 hour emergency desk
will have access to your information to better serve you during
your vacation. This service is only available to our traveling
customers. |
- Identify
event or occassion being celebrated: honeymoon, getaways
& hideaways, total relaxation
- Planning
requires at least 90 days to departure lead time and longer
for peak holiday travel
- Full
names of travelers, proper identification and citizenship
documents (security requirement)
- Full
address, contact phone numbers, email and cell phone if
available, emergency contacts
- Special
Requests, personal preferences, special meals, disclose
any medical condition
- A
non-refundable deposit of $500 per itinerary is required
prior to planning arrangement. Deposit will be applied to
total invoice. Trip insurance are inclusive.
- All
payments must be received on due date to secure all reservations.
Credit Cards, Cash and Cashier's checks are acceptable form
of payment. Late payments maybe subjected to additional
penalty charges.
- All
